ORANGE COUNTY ALMANAC : Homes for the Future
- Share via
Orange County has more than 300 Eichler homes, most in Orange and Tustin, that are part of a futuristic post-World War II architectural movement.
Built in the 1950s and 1960s, the flat, box-shaped houses typically include atriums, skylights and exposed wood beams. They also include floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on central courtyards.
