Countywide : 2 Officials Endorse Scott for Supervisor
Fountain Valley Councilman George B. Scott, who is running for the District 1 seat on the Board of Supervisors, picked up the endorsements Friday of Sheriff Brad Gates and Assemblywoman Marilyn C. Brewer (R-Irvine).
Scott has already been endorsed by the Assn. of Orange County Deputy Sheriffs and several local police unions.
Scott is one of five candidates in the race to succeed outgoing Supervisor Roger R. Stanton.
