Three Thousand Oaks men were arrested Thursday on suspicion of possessing and selling rock and powder cocaine from their apartment.

Epifanio Campos Farfan and Erben Floata Morales, both 31, and Jose Balam Herrera, 33, were booked into Ventura County Jail with bail set at $10,000 each, Ventura County sheriff’s deputies said.

The arrests came after a two-week investigation by narcotics investigators from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, Simi Valley police and the FBI, who served a search warrant Thursday at an apartment in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue in Thousand Oaks.

The investigation began after narcotics officers received information that rock and powder cocaine was allegedly being sold from the apartment. An undercover officer purchased rock and powder cocaine at the apartment before the warrant was executed, authorities said.

Herrera, Farfan and Morales were arrested after about a quarter of an ounce of rock and powder cocaine, packaged for sale, was located in the apartment, authorities said.

An investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected.
