Fire Pours Bucket of Water On Holiday Fishing Plans
It was a slow holiday weekend for fishing at Castaic Lake, one of Southern California’s top largemouth bass fisheries. It was closed because of week-long fires.
With the fires controlled, the lake reopened Tuesday, and the small lower lake was scheduled to reopen today at 6:30 a.m.
