15 Quakes Shake Inyo County Site

A swarm of 15 earthquakes, the strongest of magnitudes 3.7, 3.6 and 3.4, has shaken an area 13 miles northeast of the Inyo County hamlet of Little Lake in the last two days, Caltech seismologists reported Thursday.
No damage was reported during the temblors, which were centered in a sparsely populated desert area known as the Coso Range, about 25 miles northwest of last year’s series of larger quakes north of China Lake.
