Val Alter hit a grand slam in the sixth inning and Sandra Aken had four runs batted in for the Wolverines (13-0), ranked 10th in the region by The Times.
Anna Russell pitched a one-hitter and struck out 10.
L.A. Baptist 1, St. Margaret’s 0--Michelle Peterson pitched a four-hitter, striking out 11, to pace L.A. Baptist (8-1).
Providence 20, Buckley 0--Carly Cabrera pitched a one-hitter and the Pioneers had 23 hits in a Liberty League opener at Buckley.
Providence (7-1) has scored 101 runs in eight games.
Summer Martin had three hits, including a home run.
Westlake 5, Royal 1--Erin Voeltz allowed two hits and struck out 11 in a Marmonte League game at Westlake (7-3-1, 3-1-1).
Moorpark 8, Santa Clara 2--Megan Carlson had a home run, a double and seven RBIs for host Moorpark in a Frontier League game.
Tracy Milburn was three for three with a double and a triple, and scored three runs.
Santa Paula 11, Nordhoff 1--Jenna Hunter had three hits, including a home run, for host Nordhoff (3-6, 1-4) in a Frontier League game.
Flintridge Sacred Heart 7, Holy Family 1--Tiffany Church pitched a four-hitterto lead the Tologs (7-4) in a nonleague game at Glorietta Park in Glendale.
Katie Hirrel hit a home run and Catherine Hugar had three hits and two RBIs for Sacred Heart.
L.A. Lutheran 13, First Lutheran 0--Coree Bardoner had two hits, drove in two runs and scored three runs to lead the Lions (6-2, 3-0) past the Falcons (1-3, 0-2) in a Heritage League game at Hansen Dam.
