What’s happening in the next few weeks:

* Ring in the New Year at Disney World’s Pleasure Island with Men at Work (yes, they’re still around), James Ingram and Joan Jett. (407) 939-7609. Also at Disney World: The park continues to celebrate its 25th anniversary with special shows and attractions through Jan. 31, including the “Remember the Magic Parade,” a celebration of Disney characters through the years. * Art Deco Weekend, Jan. 16 through 19. Celebration of the time period that produced Art Deco with street festival of Art Deco vendors, lectures, films, tours, music and productions of the 1930s. * The Florida Museum of Hispanic and Latin American Art presents an exhibition of contemporary art, “Cubanos en America,” Jan. 2 through 31. 4006 Aurora St., Coral Gables, (305) 444-7060.

* “Berlin to Broadway With Kurt Weill,” Dec. 30 through Jan. 25. This musical revue chronicles the bittersweet melodies of 1920s Berlin in collaboration with Bertolt Brecht, and the spirited Broadway scores of the 1930s and ‘40s with such lyricists as Alan Jay Lerner, Ira Gershwin, Maxwell Anderson and Langston Hughes.
