Managing Medication a Series for Seniors

The Costa Mesa Senior Center will offer a free series on medication management.
Three seminars with pharmacist Sam Shimomura will focus on nontraditional and over-the-counter medications and the dangers of certain drugs.
The sessions will be on consecutive Fridays--Aug. 1, 8 and 22.--from 1 to 2 p.m. Shimomura will evaluate participants’ medication schedules.
