From Times Wire Reports

Fire flashed through an oxygen chamber in a Milan hospital, causing a blaze that killed 10 patients and a nurse. There was no immediate explanation of how the fire broke out, but a spark apparently would have been enough to start a blaze in the sealed, pressurized chamber. Investigators said the fire may have been started accidentally by a flammable object on one of the patients. An electrical fault was cited as another possible cause. The chamber is used to treat blood diseases and illnesses such as the bends, which strikes divers who surface too rapidly.
