Arroyo scored the decisive goal in overtime to help Foothill end Long Beach Wilson’s 39-game winning streak with a 4-3 victory in the Cal State Invitational championship game at San Jose Bellarmine Prep. Arroyo scored three goals in the title game and four in an 11-9 semifinal victory over Orinda Miramonte.
