The first single, “Longneck Bottle,” will be released to radio Friday, and Brooks will perform the song Nov. 21 on NBC’s “Tonight Show With Jay Leno.” The announcement comes just one day after management changes at Capitol Records Nashville; Brooks had reportedly refused to deliver the new album because of a dispute with the former label chief.
