GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL

Seven Orange County teams will play in Southern Section championship matches Friday and Saturday at Long Beach State, and all five title matches feature the division’s top-two seeded teams.

In Division III-A, top-seeded Torrance Bishop Montgomery (16-1) plays second-seeded Ocean View (16-1) at 5 p.m. Friday, and the Division III-AA final that follows features Corona del Mar (12-7) against La Habra (14-3) at 7:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Santa Margarita (16-3) plays Santa Barbara San Marcos (18-1) in the Division II-AA final at 1 p.m.; Mater Dei (21-1) plays Marina (17-2) in the Division I-A final at 4:30 p.m., and Manhattan Beach Mira Costa (19-2) plays Newport Harbor (19-2) in the Division I-AA final at 7:30 p.m.
