Rasheed Wallace tipped in Kenny Anderson’s miss at the buzzer Monday night at Toronto as the Portland Trail Blazers handed the Toronto Raptors their 10th consecutive loss, 91-90.

The Raptors claimed a mistake by the clock operator gave the Trail Blazers a few extra seconds to get off the final shot.
