Bishop Will Recount Diana’s Funeral Here
Bishop Donald L.J. Gabriel, who is attending Princess Diana’s London funeral Saturday, will lead a memorial service Sunday in Corona del Mar celebrating the life of the princess of Wales.
The Mass of Remembrance will be held at 11 a.m. at Holy Angels Church, in the John Vibert Chapel, on the grounds of Pacific View Memorial Park.
The chapel is at 3500 Pacific View Drive in Corona del Mar.
The bishop will recount his experience as a delegate of the International Parliament of Peace and Justice to the princess’ funeral in Westminster Abbey.
“Anyone, regardless of faith, who loved and revered the princess is invited to participate in this special service,” Gabriel said.
A book of condolence, which will be sent to the royal family, will be available for signing before and after the Mass.
