Santa Clara 33, St. Genevieve 7--The Saints (1-2) ended a 20-game losing streak by beating the Valiants (0-3) at Birmingham High.
Sophomore running back Josh Allison rushed for 88 yards and two touchdowns in 11 carries and had two interceptions. Tight end Terrance Dotsy caught five passes for 76 yards and two touchdowns.
