* Tennessee--Can clinch a playoff berth with a win and two Miami losses.

AFC WEST

* Denver--Has clinched AFC West title, a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs.

NFC EAST

* Arizona--Can clinch playoff berth with a win or a N.Y. Giants loss.
