CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE (4-6) at PORTLAND STATE (5-5), 7:35--Northridge is 0-5 in road games, but begins Big Sky Conference play against a Portland State team on a four-game losing streak, including an 89-39 whipping by Duke on Tuesday. Forward Jason Hartman, a transfer from Washington who attended Thousand Oaks High, is averaging 16 points in five games since becoming eligible. Guard Brian Towne is also averaging 16 points. Northridge has defeated two consecutive Division II teams after struggling with an ambitious early schedule that included losses at Arizona State, Oregon State, San Diego, Ohio State and Ohio.
