Shaw Leads Titans Past Loyola Women
Nashira Shaw was one of five Titans who scored in double figures to help Cal State Fullerton defeat Loyola Marymount, 80-66, in a nonconference women’s basketball game Monday.
Shaw had 20 points and 10 rebounds, Andrea Theime added 17 points, Erin Whiteside had 14 points and 10 rebounds, Justine McMahan scored 14 points and Kris Sigg had 10 for the Titans (3-8).
Loyola (3-9) shot 26% from the field in the first half and trailed, 32-19. Meghan Kenny scored 26 points for the Lions.
