Northridge Will Move Ahead With Plans to Upgrade Stadium

Share

Regardless of whether a student fee referendum passes during the 1998-99 school year, Cal State Northridge will move ahead with upgrading the football stadium and perhaps moving it from North Campus to the main campus, Athletic Director Paul Bubb said.

“The stadium is a priority and much of our fund-raising efforts will be done with that in mind,” Bubb said.

The referendum would be for a multi-use arena and baseball stadium that would also provide recreational and intramural benefits to all students.
