Film Channel to Provide Live Coverage

Cable’s Independent Film Channel will show exclusive live coverage of the 51st Cannes Film Festival’s opening ceremonies today at 10 a.m., with a repeat airing at 5 p.m.
IFC will also provide live coverage of the festival’s closing ceremonies--including the presentation of the Palme d’Or prize--on May 24 at the same times.
