Baughman, a senior at Bolsa Grande, made his final high school football game a record-setting one. He had four touchdown passes to set the Orange County career mark at 75 in a 36-34 loss to Norwalk Glenn. Baughman surpassed Todd Marinovich, who had 74 from 1984 to 1987 while playing at Mater Dei and Capistrano Valley. Baughman, who ended up second to Marinovich in career yardage, set the touchdown mark with a 13-yard toss to Jesse Jasso late in the game. He was 437 of 913 in his career.
