Western, which hosts its first home playoff game since 1995, finished second in the Orange League. The Pioneers can either run with Trevell Jackson and Jamiah Williamson, or let Jason Baughman throw to a slew of good wide receivers. Sunny Hills, Freeway League co-champions, depends on running back Chris Wheaton, but Andrew Tindukasiri is also a capable back. In this Division IX first-round game, the Lancers have to pass enough to keep the Pioneers’ defense from clogging the running lanes.
