Judge Is Overruled in Crayon’s Case
On Aug. 14, Debbie Judge wrote, complaining about Curtis Crayon’s Del Mar picks on Aug. 7. Even the best handicappers have bad days and she didn’t mention that one of the horses he picked won.
Including his picks of Aug. 7, Crayon still showed a 31.4% profit for the meet. For comparison, the other two selectors in The Times showed losses of 21.0% and 32.6% for the same period. Why didn’t she complain about them?
