* CAL STATE FULLERTON (1-4) at PEPPERDINE (4-2), 7, FOX SPORTS NET 2--The Titans ended their season-opening, four-game losing streak with a victory over Loyola Marymount, but will face a more formidable challenge at Pepperdine. Brandon Armstrong (15.2 points) and Kelvin Gibbs (10.0) lead the Waves. Ike Harmon (16.2 points), Mark Murphy (13.2) and Matt Caldwell (12.8) lead the Titans. Harmon’s 29-point effort against Loyola was the second best of his Titan career. Both teams are coming off victories. Fullerton defeated Loyola Marymount behind center Matt Caldwell, who returned from an ankle injury to score 14 points and grab seven rebounds in 23 minutes. Pepperdine defeated Wichita State on the road.
