Men’s Basketball
Harmon scored a career-high 33 points against UC Irvine Saturday, leading the Titans to a 104-97 victory. It was the most points scored by a Titan player since Agee Ward scored 35 against Portland in 1991.
For the week, Harmon scored 50 points, had 17 rebounds and blocked four shots. Harmon leads the Titans in scoring (15.9 points) and rebounding (6.8).
THIS WEEK
Baseball: Fullerton, ranked 16th, plays at sixth-ranked USC at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The Titans (4-3) play a three-game series at Nevada Las Vegas beginning at 3 p.m. Friday. Games also are scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday. First baseman Chris Beck is batting .571 with 10 RBIs.
Men’s basketball: The Titans (12-10, 6-6), in fourth place in the Big West, play at Pacific at 7 p.m. Thursday and at Long Beach State at 5 p.m. Saturday. Fullerton has lost its last nine games at Pacific.
Women’s basketball: The Titans (3-19, 1-10) were eliminated from contention for one of four spots from their division for the conference tournament by losing to Irvine, 71-52, Sunday. The Titans host Pacific at 7 p.m. Friday and Long Beach State at 2 Sunday.
Wrestling: The Titans go to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for a dual meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Fullerton won a dual meet for the first time this season, defeating Stanford, 22-18, Sunday.
Women’s gymnastics: Fullerton is at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion at 7 p.m. Saturday for a meet against the Bruins, Arizona and Florida.
Softball: The Titans finished third in the Paradise Classic in Honolulu last weekend, losing to Oregon State, 5-0, in the semifinals. They play in a tournament at San Diego State Friday through Sunday.
