* EASTERN WASHINGTON (4-8, 1-1) at CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE (9-6, 1-2), 7 p.m.--The Matadors lost Big Sky Conference games to Northern Arizona in overtime and Portland State in double overtime in the past week, beating only hapless Idaho State on a last-second shot. Northridge and Eastern Washington probably will be fighting for the sixth and last conference tournament berth at season’s end. Eastern Washington is winless in four road games. The Eagles rely on the three-point shooting of guards Shannon Taylor and Deon Williams. For Northridge, Jason Crowe appears to have beaten out freshman Markus Carr at point guard for now. Crowe has started two games in a row and played 43 minutes against Portland State, scoring 15 points.
