Meet your neighbors at a city-sponsored block party on Bellhaven Street from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Bring your own chairs, soda and side dishes. The city will provide hot dogs, a Hawaiian band and other entertainment. The street will be closed to traffic during the party. The event is being organized by the Youth 20/20 program and Neighborhood Watch. Information: (714) 522-6740.
