The Environmental Review Board on Wednesday heard the results of a report assessing the impact of lighting the soccer fields at Niguel Hills Middle School. The report analyzes possible effects such as glare, noise, biological impacts and traffic and parking problems. No major concerns were voiced by board members, said Robert Lenard, director of community development.

The report will be available for public review for 45 days before coming before the City Council for a public hearing and a final vote July 20, Lenard said.
