UC Irvine guard Jason Flowers said Monday he will transfer to Southern California College to play next season for former Anteater assistant Cameron Dollar.

Flowers, a 6-foot-1 sophomore from Bellflower averaged five points last season. He averaged eight points as a walk-on in 1997-98 and his play was so impressive that Coach Pat Douglass awarded Flowers a full scholarship.

This season started slowly for Flowers, who lost playing time to a trio of freshman guards.
