The Friends of the Library will hold a book sale Saturday at the Stanton Branch Library, 7850 Katella Ave., from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Books run from 25 cents to 50 cents, and proceeds will go toward a children’s holiday party at the library in December. Dorothy Miller, a volunteer with the organization, said the collection includes hardback nonfiction, biographies and mysteries as well as paperback fiction.
