Montclair Prep 57, Desert Hot Springs 0--Gary Sonkur had two long touchdowns before the Mounties (5-0) ran their second offensive play at Valley College.

Sonkur rushed three times for 103 yards, and returned Desert Hot Springs’ first punt 53 yards for the first touchdown of the game. On the Mounties’ first offensive play, he ran 43 yards for a touchdown.
