Well, It’s Good for a Lav

I hope you guys are serious when you said last week that there would be no more Lavin-bashing letters (until next season, of course) except when:

* Either Eric Karros or Troy Glaus goes one for 35 and you can attribute this ineptitude to Lavin’s UCLA association with the two grads.

* The Phoenix Suns’ Toby Bailey, whom Lavin coached at UCLA, makes a half-court shot at the buzzer to eliminate the Lakers from the playoffs.

At least, you can’t blame Carlos Perez on Coach Steve.
