Public’s Help Sought in Finding 4 Named in Arrest Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding two men and two women who allegedly violated probation or failed to appear in court.

Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Clifford Troy Landy, 39, is sought for failing to appear in court for sentencing on convictions of possessing and transporting a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, authorities said.

Landy’s last reported residence was in the 1300 block of Mead Avenue in Ventura and he last worked at a Saugus construction company, authorities said. He is described as white, 5 feet 8, 200 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Josephine Nikomi Heath, 26, is wanted on a probation violation stemming from her conviction on possession of a controlled substance, authorities said.

She was last reported living in the 5300 block of Beachcomber Street in Oxnard, authorities said. She is described as white, 5 feet 6, 105 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a heart tattoo on the right side of her body.

April Marie Kelly, 36, is sought for allegedly violating her probation on unspecified drug charges. Her last known address was in the 1500 block of Patricia Street in Simi Valley.

Kelly is described as white, 5 feet 6, 160 pounds with blond hair, brown eyes and a small scar on her nose and a birthmark on her left hip.

Gabriel Leon Sanders, 21, is sought for violating his probation on convictions of auto theft and possession of a dangerous weapon, authorities said. Sanders was last reported living in the 200 block of 2nd Street in Port Hueneme and last worked at a Camarillo inventory company.

Sanders is white, 5 feet 10, 135 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his right bicep and the name “Samuel” on his left forearm and “Sanders” on his back, authorities said.
