The Chamber of Commerce will hold its Winner’s Circle breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Friday at the Seacliff Country Club, 6501 Palm Ave. The breakfast will be held on the second Friday of every month. The cost is $17, or $14 for members with reservations. For more information, call (714) 536-8888.
