A 2-year-old girl and two men were wounded in unrelated shootings in Pacoima early Saturday, police said.

The first occurred about 12:30 a.m. in the 10800 block of Lehigh Avenue, when four young men approached a house and opened fire, said Sgt. Pete Weinhold of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Division.

Two bystanders, the toddler and a 51-year-old man, were struck in the gunfire.

The girl was shot in the elbow and taken to Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, where she was listed in good condition, authorities said.

The man was injured in the lower back and taken to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, where he too is listed in good condition.

Police said the incident may have been gang-related.

The second shooting occurred minutes later, shortly before 1 a.m., at Maclay Street and Laurel Canyon Boulevard, police said.

A motorist was stopped at the intersection, talking to a group of women in the next car, when he was shot in the shoulder by a gunman in the car behind him, police said.

The victim, who police say is in his early 20s, was also taken to Holy Cross Medical Center, where he remains in good condition.

Police said they do not have descriptions of the gunmen or cars in either shooting.
