From Times Wire Reports

A Miami man accused of throwing a crumpled beer can and a cup full of ice at a flight attendant was released on $5,000 bond in Albuquerque, with the judge ordering him to stay off planes. “You won’t travel by air until this matter is disposed; in other words, you can take the bus home,” U.S. Magistrate Don Svet told Julio A. Calero during a hearing. “You have absolutely no right to endanger anyone in an airplane. If you cause a ruckus on the bus, they’ll put you out in the desert.” Federal agents arrested Calero, 32, after an America West flight made an emergency stop in Albuquerque.
