Ice Dogs Lose in Series Finale

ANCHORAGE —
The Anchorage Aces scored four goals in the first 26 minutes Sunday and hung on for a 4-3 victory over the Long Beach Ice Dogs at the Sullivan Arena.
Long Beach came up short in the finale of a three-game series after Sean Rowe scored at 5:38 of the second period to give the Aces a 4-1 lead.
Rene Chapdelaine scored a power-play goal at 14:23, and John Lilley scored his second goal of the game for the Ducks at 16:41 to make the score 4-3.
