Semeka Randall made two free throws with a half-second left and No. 2 Tennessee pulled out a 59-57 victory against Vanderbilt at Nashville, Tenn. The Lady Vols (24-3, 12-1 in the Southeastern Conference) had to rally from a 55-50 deficit with 5:43 remaining against the Commodores (18-10, 6-7).

In other games involving top 25 teams: Deana Nolan scored 21 points for No. 3 Georgia (27-2, 12-1 in the SEC) against Alabama (5-8, 15-11) in a 72-37 victory at Athens, Ga. . . . Andrea Garner had 20 points as Penn State (23-3, 14-1) clinched the Big Ten title with a 92-43 victory over Minnesota (9-17, 2-13) at State College, Pa. . . . Missy West scored 17 points as No. 9 Duke (23-4, 12-3 in the Atlantic Coast Conference) defeated Florida State (11-15, 4-11), 87-52, at Durham, N.C. . . . LeCoe Willingham scored eight of her 18 points in the final minutes as No. 11 Auburn (21-5, 9-4 in the SEC) beat Arkansas, 71-58, at Fayetteville, Ark. The Razorbacks are 14-12 and 4-9.

Marie Ferdinand scored 21 points as No. 12 Louisiana State (21-5, 10-3 in the SEC) stopped Florida, 71-66, at Baton Rouge, La. Tonya Washington had 31 points for the Gators (15-11, 5-8). . . .
