BUENA PARK
A new full-color electronic message board at one of the city entrances is expected to be completed by the end of the month, promoting the city and its businesses.
The large sign is being built by local company Bulletin Displays Inc. at Western Avenue and the Santa Ana Freeway. The city negotiated the sublease agreement with the company after being approached by them a couple of years ago. There was no cost to the city for the sign, and it will be used to advertise businesses in the redevelopment area.
