LAGUNA NIGUEL
Mission Viejo Animal Services is reminding dog owners that city code requires dogs to be leashed in public. Animal services representatives encourage pet owners to leash train their dogs to comply with the policy.
Some tips they offer: Spay or neuter your pets, obedience-train them, pick up after them during walks, properly license and vaccinate pets and take them to the veterinarian at least once a year.
For more information, call Mission Viejo Animal Services at (949) 470-3045. It serves the communities of Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo.
