Fulse’s Triple Caps Rally
Sheldon Fulse hit a two-run triple in a four-run eighth inning and the Lancaster JetHawks defeated the San Bernardino Stampede, 5-1, on Saturday night at The Hangar.
Catcher Scott Maynard had three hits and drove in a run for the JetHawks (23-14).
Jeff Heaverlo struck out six in seven innings, allowing six hits and one earned run. Kenny Rayborn (3-0) picked up the victory with one inning of relief.
