Foothill (5-5) vs. Tustin (9-1)

7:30 TONIGHT TUSTIN HIGH

This is the best defense Myron Miller has had while coaching at Tustin, and when the rivals met in the season opener, that defense shut out Foothill, 6-0. With the emergence of running back Mike Liti and comfort in the new scheme, Foothill’s offense has gotten much better. But can they outscore Tustin? That’s ultimately the question, because it’s unlikely Tustin will be held to one touchdown again. Quarterback David Miller, who missed the first meeting, is averaging 24 yards per completion, and the Tillers have averaged 55.4 points in his seven games as starter.
