Colorado 94, Loyola Marymount 79--The Lions (0-3) shot 55.8% but were done in by a 25-1 run by the Buffaloes (3-2) early in the second half at Boulder, Colo.
Loyola Marymount led the entire first half until D.J. Harrison made a basket at the buzzer to put Colorado ahead, 33-32. Nick Mohr then scored 14 consecutive points--including three baskets from three-point range--to lead the Buffaloes’ decisive run.
Mohr finished with 20 points--all in the second half--to lead Colorado, which had four double-figure scorers.
Loyola Marymount also had four players score in double figures, led by Greg Lakey with 20.
