Mammoth 36, St. Margaret’s 22--St. Margaret tailback Ryan Birtcher rushed for 203 yards in 24 carries but it wasn’t enough as host Mammoth took a 22-6 halftime lead and never looked back.

Tartan quarterback Cory Westrope completed 18 of 33 passes for 173 yards and a touchdown, but had two passes intercepted. Receiver Brent Comerford had six receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown for St. Margaret’s (3-1-1).

Redlands Arrowhead Christian 53, Calvary Chapel 28--Danny Hanke threw for 229 yards and Alex Ballard had 160 yards in receptions and 139 yards rushing to lead host Arrowhead Christian.

Calvary Chapel was led by quarterback Terry Mermer, who completed 16 of 37 passes for 187 yards, with one touchdown and two interceptions.

Liberty Christian 66, Eastside Christian 30--Quarterback Nick Harbert threw three touchdown passes and ran for a score to lead the visiting Minutemen (3-1, 2-0) in an Express League eight-man game. Mike Spagnola, who ran 17 times for a game-high 158 yards, also scored two touchdowns.

Harbert was nine of 14 for 123 yards, while reserve quarterback Pat Doney completed five of eight for 110 yards. Eastside Christian is 1-3, 0-2.
