MISSION VIEJO
The Mission Viejo Animal Services Center will hold a pet costume contest at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 28. All children in attendance will be given Halloween treat bags and all animals participating will be given pet packets.
The first-place winner will be given a 5-inch color television and second place will win a Sony Walkman radio.
