La Canada 35, Blair 6--Chase McKibben rushed for 236 yards in 18 carries and two touchdowns for La Canada (7-1, 3-0) at Pasadena College.
McKibben’s first score from 48 yards capped a seven-play, 94-yard drive late in the first quarter. He added a 21-yard touchdown run on La Canada’s first possession of the third quarter to make the score 21-0.
Tony Naples had touchdown runs of nine, six and four yards on his only three carries for the Spartans, who outgained Blair, 420 yards to 168.
The Vikings (2-6, 1-2) prevented La Canada’s fifth shutout when quarterback Kamal Hamilton ran for a 22-yard touchdown in the third quarter.
