The Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department is offering flag-football scrimmage leagues for children in third through sixth grade, and a peewee football league for children 5- to 7-years-old.
The scrimmage league costs $26, begins Oct. 7 and runs through Nov. 11. Practices and games will be at Laurel Park on Saturdays. The peewee league costs $33 and runs Sept. 25 through Nov. 1.
Practice and games will be Mondays and Wednesdays at Oak Middle School from 5 to 6 p.m. Information: (562) 430-1073.
