Manual Arts 19, Grant 15--Perry Clayton rushed for 150 yards in 21 carries and scored on a 30-yard run for Grant at Manual Arts.
Grant quarterback Alphonso Estrada completed one pass for 10 yards in the first half and finished seven of 20 for 93 yards. He had a pass intercepted at the Manual Arts four-yard line early in the fourth quarter with the Lancers trailing, 19-9.
Estrada threw a 50-yard pass to Eric Szubota to set up a a one-yard sneak two plays later to pull the Lancers within 19-15 with 34 seconds to play.
