Monday--6 p.m.: One of the true legends of baseball, catcher and manager Yogi Berra was a three-time winner of the Most Valuable Player award and led the 1964 Yankees and the 1973 Mets (legendary in their own right) to pennant wins. But he also was known for some of the all-time great sports malapropisms, such as: “It’s deja vu all over again” and “The future ain’t what it used to be.” Berra is one of the honorees at the upcoming 10th annual fund-raising dinner by the Paralysis Project, which raises funds for spinal cord injury research. Blues--10 a.m.: Ann Rabson was the pianist and a singer with the Saffire-Uppity Blueswomen, which was known for its politically tinged and somewhat ribald songs. Opera--11:30 a.m.: Contemporary composer Aulis Sallinen’s sixth opera, “King Lear,” had its world premiere at the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki in September. Movies--5 p.m.: Jane Withers was a child star of the 1930s who grew up to be a character actress in films and then television. She recently recorded the voice of one of the characters of a Disney “Hunchback of Notre Dame” home video, to be released later this year. Jazz--8 a.m.: South African pianist Abdulla Ibrahim spent most of his career in exile because of apartheid. In this interview, he talks about his move to Zurich, Switzerland, and his meeting with Duke Ellington, among others. Country--Noon: The great singer Willie Nelson first found success as a songwriter in the 1950s and ‘60s, penning “Crazy” for Patsy Cline and “Pretty Paper” for Roy Orbison. He later helped found the rough-edged outlaw country sound and scored hits such as “On the Road Again” and “Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys,” and he also branched off into acting in films such as “The Electric Horseman” and “Wag the Dog.” This concert was taped last year. https://www.hob.com//live/events

Blues--Noon: R.L. Burnside learned the blues from his late neighbor, the great Mississippi Fred McDowell, and then put his own spin on them. In the mid-1980s he gave up his life as a farmer and fisherman to tour full time. He put out his first album in 1991 to critical acclaim.
