In Five or Fewer Words, Suggest a City Slogan
The city has launched a contest to choose an official slogan.
The winning entry, to be chosen by a committee led by City Council member Dan Slater, is to be announced at the city’s annual Third of July event. Entries of five words or fewer should must be submitted by April 30.
The author of the winning motto will receive two annual passes to Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm.
Entries may be dropped in suggestion boxes at council chambers; the water billing office in the Civic Center; Orange Main Library; El Modena Branch Library; the information desk at the Mall of Orange; and Borders Books & Music at the Block at Orange.
